As a member of the Innovation team, Lucia works across the Innovation team portfolio to manage strategy design, execution, and associated operational processes, in addition to providing targeted support to shape and drive special projects in emerging areas of work.
Lucia has international expertise in cross-industry and cross-functional roles, with a focus on creating, implementing, and communicating high-impact initiatives, as well as building relationships and partnerships across a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and perspectives.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Zhou managed strategy development and operational implementation within the global supply chain organization at Calvin Klein. Previously, she also worked at the Estée Lauder Companies and at Haier Group in various innovation, consumer insights, product development, and partnership capacities.
Ms. Zhou holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
