Taylor Denson

Manager, Data ScienceInnovation, The Rockefeller Foundation

Before joining the Innovation Team in 2022, Taylor served as a manager with the President’s Office at The Rockefeller Foundation in June 2017 after serving in New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu’s Office for three and a half years. Most recently, Taylor worked as a Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives and International Affairs in the Mayor’s Office, where she managed partnerships with local and national corporations and philanthropic organizations. Prior to the project manager role, Taylor was a member of the Communications Team and managed the Mayor’s Executive Office.

She was born and raised in New Orleans, and after spending five years in Norfolk, VA following Hurricane Katrina she returned home to study Political Science at Loyola University New Orleans, where she graduated in 2014.
