Maria Kozloski joined The Rockefeller Foundation on June 15, 2020, as the Senior Vice President of Innovative Finance, where she will be responsible for establishing the global capital asset management platform and leading the Foundation’s newly created asset management platform subsidiary, Impact Investment Management (IIM). IIM enables the Foundation to aggregate and manage capital from like-minded partners to amplify the impact in the Foundation’s core programmatic areas.

Maria will also be building and managing both the innovative finance team and the climate resilience team, as well as establishing and implementing internal processes related to raising capital, sourcing, and executing transactions.

Maria brings a wealth of experience to this new position. Most recently she was the Global Head and Chief Investment Officer of Private Equity Funds at IFC (International Finance Corporation). Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, J.E. Roberts Companies, and The World Bank.

Maria has a bachelor’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Wharton, and a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
